Enter the Chicken & Egg Academy—our very own in-house learning platform designed to give everyone the opportunity to master the intricacies of our ever-evolving industry. Every Tuesday and Thursday over the summer, Fastneditos from across our 9 countries came together to dive deep into all things EVs, charging infrastructure, sustainability, and even the inner workings of the energy market. ⚡️Just to name a few…
These Masterclasses were more than just educational sessions—they’re an investment in our people. Taught by Fastned experts who live and breathe this industry every day, the classes covered topics from decarbonization and sustainability to understanding the secrets of the grid. It was an opportunity for our team members to level up, whether they’re seasoned Fastneditos or completely new to the industry. Plus, with the flexibility to join all sessions or just the ones that pique their interest, everyone had the chance to tailor their learning experience to fit their goals. 🎯
But we like to add a little fun to the mix, too. At the end of the curriculum, we held a final exam where our Fastned learners showed off their new or sharpened knowledge. And for those who passed, we made sure their achievement was recognized in true Fastned style—with an official Chicken & Egg certificate, personally approved by our CEO Michiel Langezaal, and a tiny rubber duck chicken to serve as a quirky, motivational desk companion. 🐣
The grand finale? A graduation ceremony to celebrate all the hard work, dedication, and participation. 🧑🎓🎉
