Update

UK Prices January 2025

As of the 20th of January 2025, we will adjust our UK ad-hoc charging tariff to 74p/kWh in response to increased costs and inflation over the 21 months since our last price change. We are determined to continue to accelerate the energy transition and the transition to electric driving and make it possible for everyone. Therefore, we have decided to only pass on part of the cost increase. This adjustment will allow us to continue to provide the best charging experience.

Quick tip:
You can use your contactless payment method (debit/credit card, phone, smartwatch) at our payment terminals on the chargers. This allows you to charge without any additional charge card fees. When you tap your card, a €/£/CHF 40 reservation is made to ensure there are enough funds on the account. After your charging session has ended, you will see the actual amount you charged in the charging session on the screen. With a debit card, the reservation will temporarily be deducted from your account. With a credit card, the reservation will be blocked. In the end, only the actual amount gets charged to your account. The remainder of the reserved amount will be cancelled, with most banks returning this in under 24 hours.
