Beyond charging: how we fast charge the Fastned team

Fastned’s mission couldn’t be only about building a network of 1,000 fast charging stations with beautiful solar canopies 😏 It goes much beyond that! 👩🏽‍🦱🧑🏼‍🦰👨🏻👩🏼👩🏿

At Fastned we build strong relationships with the people we work with, with  EV enthusiasts, environmental change-makers and even nay-sayers. We challenge the status quo, deliver wow in our charging concept and in the way we work.

Once you arrive, you will get what we mean right away: our culture and our people are what matters most to us. We are daily building a work environment of inclusion and cooperation, where all genders and sexual orientations 🏳️‍🌈, all religions, and all beliefs are welcome 🤲You can imagine how proud we are to be from over 40 different nationalities and speak 24 languages 🌍🌏

It wouldn’t make sense to have such a cool mission if it wouldn’t be reflected on our daily work, right? Part of that is an awesome company culture. We believe there is a lot we can do to give our work atmosphere extra good vibes.

Because we’re growing super quickly, we love bringing people together. From a trip to the breathtaking alps to hosting our Christmas party in the romantic city of Paris, we know how to balance hard work with joy and relaxation 🏔️🗼

In March 2023 we also brought the whole Fastfam to the first “Fastned Days - The Builders Summit”. The summit was a hub of creativity and innovation, featuring engaging workshops, enlightening sessions with external experts, and, of course, plenty of opportunities to have fun and build connections.
