Fastned will hold its Annual General Meeting on 6 June 2024
Fastned, the European fast charging company, will hold its Fastned's Annual Meeting of Certificate Holders and General Meeting on 6 June 2024. Fastned recently relocated the head office in the Netherlands to the Mondriaantoren in Amsterdam, which provides more space to accommodate our growth plans. We want to take the opportunity to share the spectacular view with our investors and invite Fastned’s certificate’s holders to attend our Annual Meeting at Amstelplein 44, Mondriaantoren (21st floor), Amsterdam.
The programme will commence at 14:00 with the Annual Meeting of Depository Receipt Holders, followed by the Annual General Meeting. As usual, Michiel Langezaal, CEO, and co-founder, and Victor van Dijk, CFO, will reflect on the highlights of 2023.

After the meetings, Director of Network Development, Caro de Brouwer, and Director of Product & Engineering, Robin Wouters, will present on two important areas of the business - the German market development strategy and the Fastned app, respectively.
The programme will conclude with drinks , giving investors the opportunity to meet several Fastned team members.
