Fastned appoints BDO as new group auditor
The Supervisory Board of Fastned, the European fast-charging company, nominated BDO as the new group auditor for the fiscal year 2023. The vote took place during the Extraordinary General Meeting today. It was the only item on the agenda.
The shareholders approved the appointment of BDO at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held today. Fastned is looking forward to starting this new cooperation with BDO.
