Decisions annual meeting Fastned B.V.

Fastned B.V. held its annual general meeting on April 15, 2019, which approved the following decisions:

  • The financial statements for 2018 have been adopted;
  • Discharge has been granted to the members of the board of directors of Fastned B.V. on the policy pursued in 2018;
  • On the day of the intended listing on Euronext Amsterdam, the articles of association of Fastned B.V. are being changed;
  • A supervisory board will be established on the day of the intended listing on Euronext Amsterdam. Bart Lubbers, Hans Streng and Hans Michels will be appointed as members of the Supervisory Board

Fastned Administration Foundation will hold an extra scheduled Meeting for Certificate Holders (VvC) on April 24, 2019. The agenda for this meeting includes the appointment of Fiona Buruma and Henk Pals as new members of the board of the Fastned Administration Foundation, the approval of an intended amendment to the articles of association of the Fastned Administration Foundation and the approval of an intended amendment of the administration conditions of the Fastned Administration Foundation. The Fastned Administration Foundation intends to have the aforementioned amendment to the articles of association and the administration conditions take place on the day of the intended listing on Euronext Amsterdam.

Yesterday, certificate holders received an invitation to this Meeting for Certificate Holders via the NxChange platform.
